The republican senate is chock full of spineless wimps!
They are all looking at their re-election chances. They are under the perception that a vote FOR an anti-abortion judge would alienate the RINO voters they depend on to get elected.
Of course their conservative base gets screwed again.
So Bush serves up an unknown. Bush gets all the blame, but he isn't up for re-election.
The Constitution party is looking better all the time.
They won't be after 2006
