So, you've adopted the liberal leftist notion that the Constition is a "living document" which can be twisted to mean anything a judge wants it to mean. Well, sorry, I'll stick by the words of the men who wrote the Constitution and Bill of Rights, thank you very much, and they most certaintly did not intend for their Constitution to be a blank check given to government to do whatever it feels like. The Constitution limits the powers of government; anyone who does not understand this fact is no friend of the Constitution, or of the American people, or of anyone who has any appreciation for limited, Constitutional government.
