We, the undersigned, believe that the single most important job of the United States Senate is to protect and defend the Constitution. The appointment of Harriet Miers, an unqualified political crony with no proven judicial philosophy or experience, would put our Constitutional rights in immediate danger. Therefore, we urge every US Senator to oppose the Miers nomination and force President George W. Bush to appoint a proven, well-qualified conservative to the nation's highest court.

Our next nominee will be the Liberal Terminator and thanks to all the "RINO weak sisters" there will not be enough votes to make it through. The nuclear fuze will be lit and fizzle, again thanks to the RINOs.
