Yeah but look at Mosul it's heavily Sunni and it came back 45% yes to 55% no, so there is at least one Sunni area thats smart enough to do the right thing and not listen to the extremists.

In fact Diyala province has Sunni majority and it voted as 51% YES and 49% NO.
