The job you have open has come down to 2 candiates one has several tatoos visible and other has none. All other things being equal who gets the job?
Depends on the job.
If the person is going to be interacting with my customers, the untattoed every time.
It depends on the job you are appying for. It also depends what kind of tattoo it is and where it is also. I have finished the application process for a police department and i am on the waiting list to be hired. I was asked numerous times during the process if i have tattoos. They did not judge you on wheter you had one or not, they wanted ot know where it was and what it was (make sure it wasnt a gang symbol or if it wasnt in a visible place while wearing a uniform). As i said before, it depends on the job you are applying for. Word to the wise, if you get a tattoo, get it in a spot that is concealed while wearing clothing if you plan to go into a line of work that may question it.
The one with the biggest ti....
Oh, that's a different question.
I have a hard time not laughing at men wearing ear rings. The people who have those little doodads in their tongues just crack me up, no matter what. What's next a bone in their nose or bells on their toes?
Depends on the tattoos. If one says "Semper Fi" and the other "Kill a Commie for Mommie", I'll hire that guy, or gal.
Former members of one of the two big Green Gangs along with the three blue ones, will get the nod every time.
