If the initiatives pass that the left doesn't want, then how soon will the court challenges be filed??

Before the official certification. I'm sure the briefs are prepared, and a friendly judge is on-call to receive them, just in case.

They already challenged their right to be on the ballot at all.
A partisan judge initially struck some down, but then was reversed by a higher court.
