Nope, she's not an illegal alien- she's a very pretty, innocent-looking 18 year old white girl. She seemed very meek and submissive, I expect that's the reason this happened.
I'm pretty sure this will fall under the heading of "sexual harrassment". Her boss orders her to strip, jumping kacks, and perform sex upon a man? Yes, I think that case will go forward, no matter how stupid the complaintant.
