A filibuster will happen....it has to happen in order for Dems to appease their base base. It won't work. It doesn't need to work but it will happen.

I think that would benefit us if the Dems do filibuster - reinvigorate the Republican base going into the 2006 elections and be able to revive the Dem obstructionist label.

it has to happen in order for Dems to appease their base base thats a fact, they have wanted this fight and GWB would not give it to them, even with this one it is iffy but too many folks (on both sides) have their dander up and will not be happy until lots of money, time and energy is wasted. In truth, you need that some time, hope we win.
