"The government must recognize them as legitimate representatives of the Iraqis."

May I suggest that they run for office, get democratically elected and, since Peace will then break out, the Americans will leave.

What the Sunnis actually want is to re-enslave the Shiite and Kurdish majorities.

What the Democrats and their liberal news media allies want is to see Bush fail even at the cost of having the U.S. lose a war that is in the mopping up stage.

The Democrats, the American liberal news media and the Baathist terrorists have formed an unholy trinity.

The only acceptable outcome is crushing BOTH the terrorists in Iraq and the "Murtha Democrats" in the U.S. No settlement, no compromise.

We can succeed in both if the so-called "leaders" demonstrate the will to do so. Forcing the Dems to vote Friday night on the silly - and treasonous - suggestion by Murtha was a good first step, but it's something that needs to be done over and over until these fools STFU.

-Al Samarai said the groups would not negotiate with the interim government in Baghdad.-

Yes, the Demonrats (and many Republicans, it seems) are much easier to "negotiate" with. Argh!!

After the "Murtha vote" is Howard Dean discussing the DNC's surrender terms with Ken Mehlman?

Hey it would be great if Rumsfeld came up with a plan to win in less than 10 years, preferably 2006.

That's too easy: the Sunnis will surrender first. The Dems are being driven by their rank and file.
