USC favored by 7
Just another way to liven up a Sunday morning
I figured it would be 8 or 9.

I figured 11 after what they did to UCLA, but then, I
am somewhat prejudiced, class of '63
SC by 4 TDs! TX has never seen a team like this and SC has. It's called the pac 10. Could end up being just like last year if SC goes off.

Texas is weak on the outside against the run. But USC is still beatable. Will be a game for the ages if Texas can slow down Bush.
This just might be an interesting thread......
OK, I'll get the flaming started: The Big 12 is a joke.
SC would be 9-2 if they played in the SEC...(THAT outta get some juices flowin..) :-)
I'm looking forward to the Ohio State/ND game. I gotta think they get the Fiesta Bowl because that would easily be a sellout with the way they both travel. PLUS,good OSU history with the National Championship a few years back....I'd be one who will travel since a good friend lives there and he's already got a beat on some tickets...Arizona here I come baby! GO BUCKS!
No expert, but Texas appears quicker on defense. No huge fan of either team, but I'd put my bucks on Texas. First college game in years that I'm looking forward to.
USC's offense could play in the NFL and hold it's own.
Yeah we saw that last night! SC has an offense, something that is outlawed down south. Not to fond of them trick plays, like the forward lateral....

Texas defense is quick, but they're going to have to do a rewrite of their run defense scheme for this game if they hope to stop Bush.
I'm a Gator, so I have no dog in this hunt.
Texas by 10. Around 50 points total.
This thread should be good for several days, and a couple of hundred posts.
(..and unless SC does some serious tweaking on it's defense, it's gonna be dicey for 'em)
Interesting that your Trojans played their starters deep into the 4th quarter, while Texas pulled with more than 13 minutes into the 3rd quarter. How happy would you be with your coach if Bush or Leinart was injured while he ran up the score to match the earlier Texas output?
Understandable given that its homefield advantage fore the Trojans.
I believe the game will be decided by the better defense. We shall see ..........
