Looks like an on-going investigation into Rockefeller along with Durbin is taking place on leaking classified information.

This better be going on. This is serious stuff. I want them doing the perp walk if guilty.
I am sure Chris Matthews will be all over this.

.....and therein is the leak....they should be thrown in prison...

I pray that if they find anything (and I'll bet they do) that they prosecute to the max.

That was 5 months ago, you'd have thought they'd have reported something by now or like so many other investigations against democrats, is this just going to be swept under the carpet hoping we'll forget about it?

Has Gonzalez accomplished ANYTHING since he took over from John Ashcroft?
This story just goes to prove how dangerous it can be to have (R) after your name and how beneficial it is to have a(D).

Maybe that's why it seems like every week another classified program hits the front page of the NYT. Maybe these Dems are hoping they'll hit on something that gets the public outraged so they can cover their butts. There's a lot of coordination between the media and the Dems on these leaks. I smell RATS.

The Justice Department has launched a criminal investigation into whether Democratic Senators Dick Durbin, Jay Rockefeller and Ron Wyden leaked details about a secret "black ops" CIA satellite program last December in a move that may have seriously compromised national security, former Deputy Undersecretary of Defense Jed Babbin said on Saturday.MODERN DEMOCRATS ARE SOCIALISTS, ANTI-CAPITALISTS, & PACIFISTIC ELITISTS.

Very good.. Related item.....very important:
NSA (letter to Senate)
an Excerpt:
**************************************************
The purpose of this letter is to provide an additional brief summary of the legal authority supporting the NSA activities described by the President.
As an initial matter, I emphasize a few points. The President stated that these activities are " crucial to our national security." The President further explained that "the unauthorized disclosure of this effort damages our national security and puts our citizens at risk. Revealing classified information is illegal, alerts our enemies, and endangers our country."
These critical national security activities remain classified. All United States laws and policies governing the protection and nondisclosure of national security information. including the information relating to the activities described by the President, remain in full force and effect. The unauthorized disclosure of classified infomiation violates federal criminal law. The Government may provide further classified briefings to the Congress on these activities in an appropriate manner.
