Expect the NOW gang to oppose such action by our government as a violation of the "Separation of Church and State". Never mind that there is no such phrase in the Constitution. Never mind that it would greatly enhance the condition of women in Iraq. It just won't do to have our government working with religious groups. For one thing, it would boost the Evil Republicans and their leader the Dastardly George W. Bush.
