I'm not a lawyer, I'd love for 1 to chime in.
I've read about similar ideas in the past & they all have been shut down. On what legal grounds I can't speak authoritatively, but look for things like "non-charitable", "wire fraud", "interstate commerce" "failure to offer a service"....
I'm just confident these guys aren't the 1st to conceive this idea. If it were this easy to get rich... would've been done long before now
