BINGO Beth528! The real shame is that there is not a single American with the courage to speak this truth because they fear not getting the appointment. Even a good man like Alito is hog tied by his desire for power over what is right.

Your points are great though, personally I cant see how Ted Kennedy finds the gall to say most of the things he does. He must live in his own dream world.
