I don't know if they still fly with banners...I heard of plans that involved crop dusters once in the past. They have focused on a group of RHIS or Al Haramain in Oregon.

Also, they will eaves drop on several groups for a long time before busting them. They operate in cells, each cell does not know the other. It's like a multi-level marketing scheme, sort of.....however, one level does not know the other.....for obvious reasons. Trying to infiltrate is also very difficult.
