Israel is rudderless at the moment and would continue to be so with Netanyahu at its premier.
No argument but better then the alternatives.
Maybe, but not for the certain victims and their families.
Besides, it was tried already. A Leftist, Peres, brought the disaster that was/is OSLO.
And coincidently, who met Rice last week representing Kadima, why this very same Peres.
And yet Kadima remains popular. Because they will follow Sahron's policies....except from a 180% angle.
Don't tell anyone. With rare exceptions, they're all crazy there.
Can you be sure the damage would not be equal with Netanyahu? Instead of kicking the victims in the groin, he just stabs them in the back. I don't know, but it seems that the same land is given back. It is the same result. When Shamir's representatives came before the Lubavitcher Rebbe on going to the Madrid "talks", the Rebbe advised against it and yet he went anyway. One could argue that these talks paved the way for all the trouble that came after. If Netanyahu negotiates, then the result will be the same. He will be pressured and he will cave, no matter his good intentions.

True, but it was a Likud (supposedly hawk) general named Rabin that was his partner. It was the right, that thinks it can broker deals like Oslo and Dayton. They think that they are the only ones because they are dealing from "strength". It was Sharon that unilaterally withdrew from Gaza. It was under Sharon that the police were sent (now) into Chevron. If Netanyahu is in charge, will the evacuations cease? I think not. Kadima will complete the process of evacuations without Sharon to be sure. Netanyahu will stand up and say he won't, but in the end he will.

Neverending war will tend to make people crazy.
Rabin was not Likud he was pure Labor. Mapai from way back.
Netanyahu may be everything you say he is, but in a Likud devoid of the traitors that moved to Kadima, he may not be able to betray all that much.
Whatever, the alternative can be fatal.
Ahh. I stand corrected.
