LOL; I sent Senator Feinstine an email this afternoon making just this point; now that she has changed her mind I asked her why, and then answered my own question. That is had to do with money from the NAGS and other pro-abort groups...and her party dares to call Republicans the party of corruption? These people do what the money masters tell them to do; yep, DiFi and the rest of the fillibusterers live on Hillary's planation, for sure.

There will be no filibuster.

Yeah, they got their marching orders. They don't have any choice. They don't have enough money to contend with Republicans in November, and had they pissed off their crazy base, they would have no way to make enough dough to compete.

The news just keeps getting better and better. It it so hard to believe that the Dems are this stupid.
The calculation:
1. Support Filibuster
a. If it doesn't work, it'll be forgotten and the failure won't be blamed on her.
b. If it does work, and the nuke option fails, she's a hero.
c. If it does work, and the nuke option comes through, if she wins the presidency it allows her to really go wild on her own appointments.
It's a tie-win-win for her.

Great, the RATS are building momentum for a filibuster. This is what the A-hole get for allowing the rats to delay the vote.

Does clinton actually think anyone cares what she does?
That pissant insignificant feminazi should go to hell and take her husband with her.
To: vollmond
The funny thing is that Kerry expected her not to support this move. No matter what happens, he suffers the most.

"Senator Clinton will vote against cloture, thereby supporting the filibuster of Judge Alitos nomination," I for one am GLAD that Hillary put it on record that she supports filibustering a Supreme Court justice simply because you do not agree with his politics. Heaven forbid Hillary should become President, this is enough to garner support from Republicans to filibuster her nominees.
To: steelcurtain
I'm guessing you're right.

Why would anybody be surprised.
Any dem in the Senate running for President in'08 will call for a filibuster that they know will not succeed.
They have no chance in the primaries without passing through the various gauntlets of the slathering left.
