I strongly disagree- I got a WONDERFUL pair of BOSE 911 speakers from ebay for about 1/4 the cost of a new pair.
They are the best speakers I have ever owned
Do you know what is one of the best buys you can get on ebay? Car parts. My son is a mechanic. He was going to spend $1000 for combo of front end parts for his car, and someone told him to look at ebay. He spent $160 for ALL of them. Talk about thrilled.
I also just bought some door handles. They were cheap, but hey, I spent $15 for it. Toyota wanted a lot more. And we didn't have to go trolling around junk yards.
