Forward the email to spoof@ebay.com. It is important that all phising letters go to spoof. they jump right on it.
I get a lot of spoofs from amazon.com, but I've given up trying to notify them about it. Now I just blow them away when I find them. eBay and PayPal do it right, and make it easy to report these jerks.
