William Donald Schaefer, a former governor who is now state comptroller, ogled a young woman at a Statehouse meeting. And he made no apologies about it.
"She's a pretty little girl," the 84-year-old Democrat told reporters. "The day I don't look at pretty women is the day I die."
Schaefer stared intently at the woman an aide to Gov. Robert Ehrlich as she walked away after bringing him a beverage Wednesday during a Board of Public Works meeting. Then he summoned her back, as people waiting to testify watched and waited.
The aide, looking puzzled, returned to the table, and Schaefer told her, "Walk again," and watched her as she made the second trip to the exit.

Ogling a beautiful woman isn't a crime. I don't think any guy should have to apologize for looking in appreciation at a woman.

When you are 84, you are entitled to ogle.

I assume the woman is an adult, this doesn't need national attention.

The Horror! The Horror!
He actually made her walk back to the table and then leave again.
Energy was squandered! Oxygen was Consumed! These abuses must be stopped lest the price of oil climb and world climate change. </sarc>
In point of fact, the atmosphere at that meeting did get a bit chilly.

Heck, I hope I'm still alive at 84 and not pooping my pants and drooling all over myself.
If I can still "oggle" at 84 and you don't like it,..guess which part of my butt you can kiss.

When I stop looking either one or two things have happened:
- I'm either dead
- Or have gone blind
A good pair of dark sunglasses helps when you get in the ogling mood.

PET scan studies on the human brain show that
post-pubescent male subjects, when shown images of partially clothed women
will exhibit an exuberant surge in endorphin activity
that it is not suppressible.
A hard-wired pleasure surge.
The brain might as well be getting a heroin rush.
This is what the feminine form does to men
in a very predictable way
Women, when shown male images, do not show such an endophin surge

The problem is not with ogling the woman. The problem is telling her to "walk again" as if it's her job to model and pose to his personal satisfaction. He should have just kept asking for more water.

Realize that a woman can sue a man at work if his gaze, even if it is for a second, makes the woman feel "uncomfortable".
Sexual harassment. In two weeks the woman could not only have an attorney, but have a lawsuit filed.

I just hope I make it to 84, to heck with ogling. :)I'll be 80 this year, and hope I'll make it to 84.
But the appreciation of a pretty girl never dies. At least if it does, I haven't hit that barrier yet.

I guess the only thing that bothers me about this story is that if a Republican did this the feminazis would be calling for his head on a pike and the media would be right behind them.

I hate 'Willie Don's' politics, but I sure wouldn't mind spending some time with him over a beer at a Fell's Point bar.
Still, I think he went a bit far calling her back just so he could watch her walk away again...
