Unlike the other three items you mentioned, "Vince's suicide note" was released to the Wall Street Journal in 1995.

But the problem for the "suicide" theorists was that it was not written in Vince Foster's hand. It was a third rate forgery, as determined by three well-respected handwriting experts! So rather than helping to prove suicide, the note - and the way it was supposedly "found" - is evidence for homicide and cover-up of it!
