Tell you folks what, I volunteer to be the real proxy for the American people. I'd love to kick Gregory in the ass.

"Its a question of, "Does the vice president have a responsibility to the American people to inform them of his public and private activities?" Oh it's a question hunh?
May I ask who asked that question?
Who was asked?
What's the answer?
That "and" in that hypothetical hyperbolic bombastic question, requires an "either/or," not a "yes or no" answer.

"Does anyone recall how long Vince Foster was dead before Wife of Willie notified the press....It took her days to write up the suicide note and when she did it still didn't satisfy her so she ripped it up but forgot to burn it. It was then found in bits and pieces and they reported, "Yup! He committed suicide as we have now found his suicide note."

"You either respect the President and his staff, or find a new line of work."
My thoughts exactly, there is no respect from the press. Can you imagine if this was the Clintoon Admin, they would be licking their boots! Disgusting!

In all humility, I must take 0.00001% responsibility for his (halfhearted) apology. Last week I sent an email to NBC News letting them know (in a VERY nice way) that Mr. Gregory was out of bounds and was in need of reassignment.

Please do! As a Red Blooded American female, I'd love to, but I'm fearful of the outcome. LOL! :)

At the next regularly schedled press briefing Mclellan should report a detailed itinerary of the vice president's day, including the type of TP he uses and whether or not he flosses.

I don't think the right should like very question the press asks. That being said, these idiots start off way out in "LEFT" field asking questions only a sophmore in high school would, and digress from there.
There are times when the press should push the evelope, but you would think they'd be discerning enough to know what types of issues would be valid cases for that.

If the White House Press Corp is the Cream of the Crop, the entire news media is lost in the dark. It all seems like Sat. Nite Live entertainment anymore!

Agreed, objectivity has transformed itself into "anything, at all cost, for the (liberal) cause."

The Armstrongs are an old and well respected family in the area and are also a venerable force in the Republican party. Their "ranch" is a 50,000 acre spread. Katherine Armstrong's mother, Anne Legendre Armstrong, was the first woman to hold a cabinet level position [Nixon and Reagan administrations] and was the first woman to serve as ambassador to the Court of St. James' [UK]. The Armstrong Ranch is so vast that it has its own Tobin map. I have always heard that Tobin maps derived their name from Katherine Armstrong's father's family. [The late Mr. Armstrong's name was Tobin Armstrong.] And the Armstrongs were related by marriage to that legendary ranch The King Ranch.] These are solid, well respected people ....
Compare all of that to the stench of the sleazy MSM folks who believe they are entitled to control news content and dissemination ... could all of this be a bit of envy on their part ... because they were outclassed and outmaneuvered?

The liberal press gets stuck on a subject. It is almost like they need psychiatric help to keep them from repeating the same story, over and over and over and over again....until we turn them OFF!!
To: Revererdrv
The White House Press Corpse is not a proxy for the American people. They are a proxy for Walter Cronkite, San Donaldson, and Dan Rather.
