Loftus: Yes. I think there's one other point about anthrax. Saddam had a large anthrax dispersal, a group of airplanes that would (check?)train our pilots with big belly tanks. He obviously was preparing to use anthrax, through crop dusters. The first thing that Mohammed Atta did when he came to this country was to try and buy crop dusters. That was his first attack. Apparently, he already had the anthrax. So it's not a long reach to say Saddam may have given anthrax to quote, 'the others', to the proxies he was going to use to attack America. It's not that far a reach at all in view of these tapes.
