My percentage of Hispanic non English speakers is fairly low. I do have alot of Middle Eastern and Indian customers and some of them have a hard time with English let alone Spanglish.

My white and black customers would probably love it but I hate to cause others to back off or become offended. This would be targeted to certain cities where the language thing is a problem.

Then I'd go for it...though probably restate it....along the lines of.."All our employees are fluent in English.., and se hable espanol"

Yesterday I was in the Denton County Tax Assesors office (not that far from Plano) trying to get my truck registered. A 'gentleman' at the next window was having trouble with the English questions 'Is this where you live?', then the Spanish 'Es su casa?'. He eneded up with a small crue of Spanish speakers who could not speak his very rural Southern Mexican accent. And yet this guy gets to read traffic signs at 70+ MPH.

Maybe you should add to ad 'Se Habla English'

You would no doubt generate a lot of controversy. Some people would be offended, but others would probably get a laugh out of it. I guess the main question you have to ask is "will this generate more business than it will cost me?". If the answer is no, you probably shouldn't do it unless you are willing to risk the unintended consequences of the controversy that it will provoke.

Remember, right now your customer base knows and judges you based on the quality of your product or service. If you decide to do a "Dixie Chicks" and throw your opinions into the mix, well that does nothing besides tell part of your customer base " you and I don't have this in common, and I don't care about your business if you don't like the way I think".

That's OK for an individual, but for a business... well, it's bad business, IMHO.
