Among the GAO's most alarming findings are that 33 percent of religious worker visas were issued fraudulently.I find their findings alarming. Surely, many more than 1/3 are fraudulent.

It will be heard for Bush and the pro-immigrant lobby to trash this study. The GAO has imposing credibility in Washington.

Is anyone really surprised by the content of this report?
The GAO said the same thing about Bush's Totalization Agreement with Mexico.
The Bush Administration is doing everything in it's power to ram Mexican illegal aliens and illegal immigration, in general, down the throats of Americans.
And then make us pay for it, to boot!

If the government is determined to ram through a guest worker program, then it should be just that: for workers to work, and nothing more. No healthcare or education benefits, or other kinds of government benefits that should be available ONLY to citizens. None of their babies to be automatically declared citizens. If they want workers, then maybe they will get it, but NOTHING else.
