So, you are saying that in a free society, I should not go out to a public place and enjoy a legal commodity for fear of getting arrested because I drank too much (according to someone's personal observation). I find your take on this frightening.

Or I like this one, if you don't go to a bar and drink you have nothing to fear.

What other rights are you willing to throw away?

OOPS I guess I wasn't very clear. I am protesting the police state tactics in texas and am scoffing at those who would regurgitate that "if you don't go to a bar and drink you have nothing to fear."
