Whew! Sorry for the mix up. :)
I guess now all the beer companies can save money on the designated driver ads they run. People are now no longer allowed to get drunk enough to need one. And now, I fear that ugly people in college (men and women) will never get laid as beer goggles will be a thing of the past...
