It really does look too close to the street. I think the approving authorities should be liable to the neighbors for the effect on their property value.

Hey, I'm a cheerful guy... and all, but this stuff saddens me.
Why don't these eminent domain victims and victims of errors - wait it out. They should wait it out to see if this will happen to them.
