His staff told him the speech in Saudi Arabia would turn up as primary fodder.

"I'm enjoying what I'm doing,"

"Mending fences" in Tennessee, right, Al?

(Or is that repairing rental properties?)

"Gore, a Democrat, in 2000 lost to President Bush."

Written for an audience of 12 year olds...who would have been just six years of age in 2000.

Don't give the lefties any ideas for sloganeering...

Nobody wants to see 'Moore-Gore' in '08 (or ever).

My point was that a SF newspaper actually admitted that Gore lost. They didn't say he won but the Supreme Court selected Bush. That is what we are used to hearing.

His staff told him the speech in Saudi Arabia would turn up as primary fodder.

Used against him in the primaries? Do you mean that there are potential candidates who disagree with what Gore said, and could say so without killing their own prospects?

#1 reason to be grateful for the Electoral College

Unfortunately, Rep. Jim Leach, R(INO)–Iowa didn't see it that way.

It was that bill which convinced me the esteemed Mr. Leach is utterly clueless.

Gore won't run. Even with his handicaps of obligate dishonesty and delusions normalcy, he knows that the Dems would never elect him in a primary.

That nod will go to Hillary Rodham.

(Shiver).

Hard to believe he's worked a couple of times for Don Rumsfeld, isn't it?
