I wonder, for some who are so concerned about "verification" = considering the very great contribution of Mr Truth - jveritas - already, =that stands on it's own -
jveritas has proven himself - let's not shoot the messenger.
this is the first time i've read one of his translations--i didn't even realize he had done the translation himself until he told me.
the reason for asking about verification, is that i like to know specifics before i say to someone that it has been proven that Saddam had wmd when the US armed forces were sent in.
i assume that saddam had all sorts of evil weapons, and that he probably got them out of the country or buried them, but it's always helpful to know where a document comes from.
i also think, that if i were saddam, and i was concerned with someone finding out about my wmd, i might call my chemical warfare unit something else, like "Iraqi humanitarian aid platoon".
