It would really help the guy doing the translations not to have to stop and response to questions that DO NOT relate to the specific document....

i looked on the army web site and it wasn't clear to me exactly how this document was obtained.
if the freeper doing the translation doesn't want to answer, or doesn't have time to answer, that's not a problem with me.
do you know how and from whom the army obtained the document?
some people seem to assume that the document constitutes proof that the iraqis had chemical weapons in 2001, but it is not clear to me that it does.
before claiming that it constitutes proof, questions about the document itself would need to be answered.
