First off, any person of Hispanic descent who would want to be part of any nation run by the La Raza etc. Nazis is muy loco. Secondly, if the Hispanic Nazis try to grab power by armed force, most of them will wind up quite dead from lead or at the end of a rope. That is how I would handle the situation if it ever got to that point.
