Anyone else for keeping the tax cuts permanent?
At the moment, I'm doing my Income Tax homework. This system needs to be overhauled NOW!!
Sure if they affected my income, they don't, I am self employed so I get no tax relief.
A good tax relief would be if we taxpayers didn't have to pick up the tab for those on welfare, medicaid.
Indeed, who around here wouldn't be in favor of it? Freepers (and conservatives in general) will disagree with each other on whether the sun will come up tomorrow, but one thing that I think unites practically every one of us here is support for low taxes and fiscally lean government.
That's why Bush needs to keep pushing this like no tomorrow. It will unite his base. And if the GOP Congress actually manages to do it, it'll all but guarantee continued victory this November.
