My position is that a country or a regime which consistently and totally ignores the provisions of the Geneva Concentions can neither expect nor demand the protections of it at any time during a conflict.
If I am asked to fight such an enemy, my leadership better not expect anything from me other than to prevail; by any means necessary. You can "feel good" about anything you want when your own life is on the line.
