Well, I understand how you feel. I find I have become more sympathetic with those who see this Bush/Clinton/Bush/Clinton thing to be a real problem. But there are people on many sites like that, not just here.

Also, it seems like GW has been president for a very long time now. Or, maybe it's just because of his last name. There is certainly a weariness factor that can set in; no offense to GW.

Well, Clinton fatigue became a well used phrase. Imagine for a moment 15 years of FDR. The press' distain for capitalism and infatuation with socialism made it all happen.

The liberals have so stacked the deck, that it is practically impossible for conservatives to make any progress against it. Conservatism has become a speed bump, and not much more.

While W argues unsucessfully for privitization of 2% of the social security system, the public sector unions negotiate 4 and 5% pay increase contracts with ease.

GM and Ford have become union castoffs and casualties of global trade.
