People with Down's syndrome have epicanthic folds. That's why they're called "Mongoloids."
Khosian's have 'Mongoloid spots' too. Most Asian children are born with 'Mongoloid spots' that fade away with age. The spots look like bruised marks, usually on the buttocks.
