Yes, but a good number of freepers immediately assume that when no party affiliation is given in a MSM article/news story, that the wrong doer must be a democrat, and the lack of noting party affiliation is just another MSM coverup.

The corollary to that is that rarely, if ever, is the wrong doer actually a Republican, they are all RINOs. At least according to the common wisdom.

Then maybe they should watch that quick, knee-jerk assumption, and try to remember their history, instead. :)

In my experience that is a very reliable rule.
The corollary to that is that rarely, if ever, is the wrong doer actually a Republican, they are all RINOs.
It's true that the Republican in this article is an exception. And it is also true that Gov. Taft has been criticized heavily here for tax-and-spend proclivities.
