I thought this was a parody article when I saw the headline. This is probably a smart move by Larry, seeing how Judicial Watch never wins any lawsuits. That would make it the reciprocal of "the irresistible force meeting the immovable object", no? :)

If things ever get really bad, I'm going to sue myself for libel and act as my own counsel.

Klayman...charging in a lawsuit that his successor has "hijacked" the government-watchdog Judicial Watch for personal gain.Bwaahahahahahaha...Klayman, the quintessential con man suing the guy for using JW for PERSONAL GAIN. Too, too funny.

Never did we think that Larry was such a scumb bag. There's a reason why P.T. Barnum observed that there's a sucker born every minute. Klayman and Barnum would have totally understood one another. Barnum, however, was honest about being a con man.

That's old news. Klayman settled with himself.
But suing yourself, imagine the billable hours.

Klayman fled to Florida, and ended up, I think, polishing the brass knobs on the restroom doors at a dog track just outside Palm Beach. He's probably now suing Rover and Fifi for not producing champion pups.

Does anybody know if JW has ever won a case where the perp received a significant fine and/or jail time?Does anybody know if JW has ever won a case where the perp received a significant fine and/or jail time?
They've won some procedureal motions, but if they ever pursued a case through to the end and won, I'm not aware of it. On the other hand, I haven't paid much attention to the details of their cases.

Wow....that's one headline sure to bring out the old timers.
Sweet, sweet shadenfraude.

Judicial Watch's website (yeah, I know) says that oral arguments are due in Donato's case June 7, 2006. My guess is that, right about then, he'll show up on TV again.

Not to anyone in particular:
I realize that this is somewhat belated, but I think that it is hilarious that all of you have nothing better to do than write about someone whom you obviously do not know. If you knew either Larry OR Tom, then I guarantee that your posts would sound a bit different.
