The court eventually came down on the side of the reputed husband, but Greer has been accused of 38 counts of judicial malfeasance. So, in the face of hideous evil, Crist would do nothing. Gov. Jeb Bush erred when he entered the bitter fight over whether to keep brain-damaged Terri Schiavo alive because government should not be involved in end-of-life decisions, Attorney General Charlie Crist said Thursday.

Guess they should stay out of murder cases too, then, eh Chucky?

What a tool. If a governor is not empowered to save a disabled woman in his jurisdiction from being starved to death by a reprobate husband and a rogue judge, just what, exactly, is the point of the checks and balances in our system anyway?

Ditto that. Terri's death at the hands of murderous husband and a complicit judge is one of the most heinous examples of the failure of government to exercise justice that I've ever seen.

She was not at the end of life. She was not dying. She made no living will. Terri Schiavo was not "allowed to die," she was put to death. To a prolonged, agonizing, merciless death.
