Alive, Moussaoui serves as a pretext for "hostages" to be taken, with the threat to kill them unless Moussaoui is released. I expect this to happen repeatedly from now on, with most of those taken suffering the ultimate penalty that Moussaoui should have paid.

For this reason only, Moussaoui is right that "we lost."

Exactly... "prisoner release" is a common pretense for hostage taking in the muslim world... A truly American guard would let him frolic with the general population for "only an hour", as even the general prison population has sufficient disgust for child molesters and people who knowingly execute 3,000 Americans...

I agree with your assessment. The bastard should have been shot in public. He'll be a living martyr as long as he's alive. If he were exefcuted, his legacy would've died with him.

He will be out in 10 years. No hostages necessary.

Bogus argument....That threat could be there even if he had been sentenced to death. Probably more so because the appeal after appeal that would have been filed on his behalf would have kept him in the spotlight.

That's as good an argument as any for killing him soon, but even if he had gotten the death penalty, what's the chances it would have been carried out within the next ten years? By that point, either the West will have won this world war, or the muzzies will have.

What is needed is an offshore fund for the family of anyone who kills him. I'd pledge some bucks for that.
