"If I knew God I'd be Him..." and know how and why the universe is.

I've always said that for there to be a Big Bang there also has to be a giB gnaB in which all physical constants, including time, reverse.

Don't ask me for the math; I had it all noted down but it got misplaced in the same spot where Hillary keeps all those missing FBI files.

Interesting. I recently read a section in the Urantia Book, a volume of cosmology, history, and religion published in 1955, which was titled:

Space Respiration

"We do not know the actual mechanism of space respiration; we merely observe that all space alternately contracts and expands..."

"The cycles of space respiration extend in each phase for a little more than one billion years..."

We always knew the universe was expanding.
It was trying to get away from Chuck Norris!

Does this seem weird to you, or is it just me?

Anthropic principle, oscillating, bouncing, ridiculous? Sounds like our politicians in D.C.

The universe functions along a sine curve - like EVERYTHING in it. The sine function is "everything". Sometimes it must be looked at in multiple dimensions.

I have no doubt that our universe is cyclical. Everything within it is.

This is the quantim gravity - thermal expansion model, Puthoff, Sakharov, "Gravity as a zero point fluctuation force".

The observables are explained by Sima and Sukhenik in the Expansive Nondecelerative Universe (ENU) model.

Gravity as an observable is easily explained in these models, the presence of matter decreases the vacuum density, and creates a "well" of sorts, and the mass is pushed into the well.
