Crude oil rose 21 cents to $70.15pbl; natty fell 12 cents to $6.79mbtu; heating oil rose 2 cents to $1.9580/gal; gasoline advanced 4.79 cents to $2.0425/gal; RBOB gasoline rose 9.64 cents to $2.27/gal.

No, nor is he responsible for the low unemployment rate (remember the jobless recovery).

What's happening now is that Bush is overheating the economy and inflation is his fault.
