(Good grief - I wasn't really paying attention to who was was talking to in my last post.....sorry)

In Delaware the rate caps have been in effect since 1999.......it's been an absolute mess there. I listen to a Wilmington talk show in the mornings, and it has been a major topic of conversation.....the General Assembly really and truly screwed Delawareans in giving DP&L such a sweet deal and cutting the PSC out back then.

While I'm steamed about the pending increase here, what really has me boiling is that the increase only hits folks here on the Shore........but the danged hearing is in Richmond at 10am on a Wednesday. Like many folks from here are going to be able to make that.

Now you know that's "only across the bay" :)

I can't see it being too much different than the rates Delmarva negotiated in MD and DE though. I THINK that we will be paying about 10.5 cents/kwh including transmission and supply costs.
