I apologize for any keyboard damage caused by laughter and subsequent spilling of soda, water, beer or your favorite beverage.

Al Franken wouldn't be a credible candidate for dogcatcher.

If they elected Paul Wellstone they would welcome Al Franken. Gee I thought Al Franken was having a successful radio career on Air Amerika.

I don't think Al Franken is credible as a comedian.

I'd like to see him run. He becomes unhinged quite easily (like all those instances where he tried to get physical with various journalists and pundits). He'd totally crack under the pressure in no time. It would make for some good comedy.

I never knew I'd witness the day when the Democrats actually were thinking about nominating a clown for Senate.

Can Al Franken still be described as a comedian? A better descriptor would be boring talk show host with miniscule ratings.

We should hope that he gets the nomination on the DIM side. Would be an easy win.

Voted yes on this one. Look at the opportunity cost to the dems if they run a kook instead of a real politician.

You should apologize. I just laughed so hard that I soiled my underwear. Thank goodness that the keyboard was not involved.

With all Franken's recorded comments from Air America, there would be no-doubt plenty of stuff Coleman could use against him said by Al Franken himself.
