Zacarias Moussaoui has said he lied on the stand about being involved in 9/11, and he has asked to withdraw his guilty plea.Can we fry 'im for perjury?

I don't think there is any provision for this in the rules, but I wonder if we could let him revoke his plea, then try him again before a competent jury.
