Columbus encountered native inhabitants of this new world, and thinking that he had landed in India, he called them Indians.

Good thing he wasn't looking for Turkey.

Why would the Mexicans want to cooperate with muslims?

History Channel more ABC/NBC propaganda.

Call me cynical, but I see a lot of Saudi money, laundered many times, driving these speculative, asinine "scholarly" speculations...

Let's say this was true. Why didn't these Arab sailors, filled as they were with the same bacillus, viruses, and bacteria as every other Old World person, infect Native Americans, causing vast pandemics and death? Where's the smallpox? The measles? The influenza?

Just like the Communists before them, the Islamofascists have to insert themselves into every corner of history to prove their own selfimportance. What a bunch of impotent slobs.

Columbus called them a "puebla in Dios"

Since that makes no sense as Spanish, I doubt that very much.
In Spanish, there is no such word as "in".

I seem to remember a voyage by Thor Heyerdahl (famous for Kon-Tiki) on a theory that the ancient Egyptians sailed to the Americas on ships made of reeds. This was the Ra expeditions of the 1970's. On his second attempt, he completed a crossing of the Atlantic on a reed ship in 57 days.

Not all of them. However, your MS13 and militant-types will work together for the liberation of the "occupied lands". You can already see the bedfellows our enemies are in the socialist sponsorship of anti-war and pro-illegal immigrant rallies and Al-Queda has already shown to have a foothold in gang activity.

Common goals = allies.

Spanish orthography was different in 1492. If you have ever read unedited Elizabethan plays, you know that standard spellings didn't exist until fairly recently.

They couldn't get their noses beyond the Med. That's why they are so farking behind. They are still fighting the 200 BC wars.

Actually they did try to land in what is now Maine in 1123.

However, the Norsemen kicked their ass, allowing only 3 MUzzies to return to Tripoli to tell the tale.

Too bad the descendants of the Norsemen don't do the same thing today.
