Which shows the judge to be a Constitutional Perversionist Quisling. Otherwise he would know the US Constitution applies only to US citizens and to nobody else.
The Constitution does not just apply to citizens. Foreigners have rights as well. There is nothing in the document indicating that it applies only to US citizens.
