No, you simply don't understand the role of illegals. They are not indentured servants for the government. They are indentured servants for business. If we use illegal labor to work for the government to build the fence, contractors would not be able to bid $200 per foot of fence. Then sell that to a subcontractor for $50 per foot of fence. And then have the fence be built by a company for $10 per foot of fence with the work done by illegals getting about $1 per foot of fence.

Illegal aliens are not to be used as a direct means to put dishonest contractors and companies out of business. They are to be used by dishonest contractors and companies to put Americans out of work.
