Some great comments here, folks. The Senate has many more important things to consider...especially given the fact that parents and individuals already have the TV ratings and content-blocking tools that are necessary to make and enforce their own TV viewing decisions. Definitely makes this kind of Senate legislation unnecessary and undesirable.
