Jim, I hope you personally agree with the philosophy that RINOs need to get kicked out of the Republican Party. I have gotten the impression from some of your postings that you were perfectly happy with the status quo and did not want criticism of RINOs who support open borders and the Mexican invasion. I have been concerned that this web site has been turning into a mouthpiece for the Republican left.

"If only the RNC and the Republicans in DC would see this and believe it, instead they keep trying to shove Guiliani and McCain at us and telling candidates to move to the center."

The GOP might be better off as a minority party that stands for something than a majority party that stands for nothing. Look at what we could have achieved and how little we actually will. What point is there in winning when the losers are given all the trophies?

California can elect good conservatives like Ronald Regan when we can find them. Common belief that the best we can do is a rino is just wrong. The large hispanic population here tends to be socially conservative, abortion traditional marriage. Champing these values we could send a true conservative republican Senator to Washington. Once you leave the bay area and most of Los Angeles we are a fairly red state.

"Our candidates need to stand for GOP principles, then vote and govern that way once in office."

Couldn't agree more. a Rhino is deceptive by definition.

"even pre-emptively strikes at conservative candidates like Katherine Harris, before the primary is even settled.

That was Jeb, not POTUS."

My guess is it had the White House blessing ... if not George Bush, Karl Rove.

I think our leader dislikes the "burn it all down" philosophy. We lose if we stay home. We have an element of the GOP that needs to be spanked and sent home, like just happened in Pa.

I don't vote for Kolbe or McCain, but I do vote for Jon Kyl and will probably support the entire Republican ticket this year. Staying home or third party doesn't cut it. Our fire needs to be turned against Rinoism.

In my district, Randy Graf is the only border aware conservative in a huge field running for Kolbe's seat. There are several worthless Rino's running against him. The most notable is Ann Day, Sandra "Day" O'Connor's sister. She makes old Sister Sandra look like Jesse Helms. If she wins, my ballot stays blank.

No longer will GOP voters settle for, "well at least they have a "R" after their name." There is a revolt going on in GOP ranks and it is moving across the nation.

However, to have any chance the candidate with the "R" after his name still needs to win in November.

Here is my PS that I put at the end of every fax at www.numbersusa.com:

We will work tirelessly to defeat ANY elected official (especially RHINO'S) who votes against the best interest of the American worker, US border security, US sovereignty or that sponsors or supports any amnesty scheme disguised as a guest worker program.

I said this before, the Republicans base has got to the point of being so feed up with the RINO's & pro illegals Republicans that they has adopted M.A.D. ... Mutually Assured Destruction...I.E. You nuke me then I nuke you from the Cold War

If it's the only way to beat it in to the party leadership heads...do it...if the RINO's & pro illegals pull that trigger ...the M.A.D. Republicans will pull there's

If the only two viable choices are someone who will punch me in the nose 24/7 and someone who will only do so eight hours a day, I'll take that small break for now and work for something better in the future.

The fallacy here is that there aren't just two choices. And why not work for something better now, which is exactly what this article is about. Replacing RINOs in the primary in mostly republican districts now is better than holding your nose in the general election later.

And while the RINO is only punching you in the nose 8 hours a day, he isn't helping the other 16. Most likely he's busy stabbing you in the back and blaming it on the Dems.

The large hispanic population here tends to be:
*socially conservative
*abortion
*traditional marriage
________________________________________________________

Same here in central Florida.
The hispanics are more Conservative than they realize.

cleansing ourselves in the primaries rather than doing the crybaby "third party" thing. Stuff doesn't happen overnight, but moving step by step in the right direction eventually gets it done.

--

That works everywhere but in California, for some reason. ;-)

Those who say we are headed the right direction need only look at the budget deficits, massive borrowing and out and out collusion between a few to squelch the voices of those who do not agree with the current direction of the state's GOP party towards a centrist dem lite approach on the many important issues at hand.
